Solid jerk stand typical of Grand Cayman. Standards included jerk chicken and pork, a combo, and jerk chicken breast (nice touch!). Each available as small or large, meal or not. Small was plenty of food. They also had plenty of island specialties (lobster, fish, oxtail, curry, etc). Would love to try more!
Food was great and will definitely be coming back. Happened to just be the closest stop to us and we were hungry!
This place is underrated.https://youtu.be/5UAOkhWxfQkYou have to see the smoke ring on the pork and you'll understand. We got there when festivals were just getting out of the fryer, it was delicious.
Great food. Friendly service. It was a highlight of our visit! We were a group of 18 people, the staff was able to advise us so we could all have a sampling of the local fare and, at the same time, offered members with food restrictions alternatives. The jerk chicken was amazing, the festival addictive, the curry savory and all prepared in short order.
Stopped here on route to the airport. Visiting from Toronto. My local driver/buddy recommended it. Jerk chicken was the order and we enjoyed it. Real authentic. The boys cooking around back gave a run down. Grape wood used to smoke for 1.5 hours they let me get behind the grill also. Fair price, good chicken, good bunch of workers.
Terrific food, very authentic Cayman eats. Picnic tables outside to eat at, or take it to go and eat on the beach. Reasonable prices, large portions. The jerk sausage is incredible. As is the jerk chicken & pork. The curry chicken as well, seriously everything they have is AWent there 4 times during a five day stay on Cayman.
The food tasted great, came in generous portions, and didn't take long at all. I got the large jerk pork and festival (unfilled donut-like fried dough dumplings) with a guava pine (juice) to drink. Everything was delicious, and I'd recommend giving it a try.
Just visited this place on my second day here visiting from the US and got the jerk chicken meal, first authentic meal since I have visited caymen islands and I was beyond pleased! The chef (I believe it was chef Keenan) came out and greeted us personally and it made me feel very comfortable along with giving us complimentary festival bread which were delicious. In addition to the great customer service, the food was delicious and it was a huge portion of rice beans and chicken for only 9. Thank you one stop grill!
